Half-in, half-out Ruko

I'm changing some compromised locks for a customer. Everything is fine but for the lock that secures the roller-shutter bolt. Ah, I thought, it's a Scandinavian oval. However, it appears to neither an internal nor an external; it's like half-way between, with the recess just on one side. There are a couple of photos here:

Neither Duffell's nor SKS's catalogue seem to have them; and despite cajoaling, pleading and threatening to burst into tears, Aldridge haven't give me a catalogue claiming the usual, "they're at the printers". I've looked through several web site catalogues as well but had no luck.

Anyone happen to know if Aldridge keep them, please? I'm quailing at the thought of trying to describe what I need over the phone to them.

Current plan is to repin if I can't replace, as they want everything done by the weekend.

they do not appear in the aldridge catalogue, try city safe and failing that go to the assa ruko website and order direct.

It's not listed in my Assa catalogue, maybe in the old one (on the black racking MB if you read this)
I'd be inclined to do some machining.

Of course you only need to repin one chamber so that would be the simplest way.

That's what I was thinking. And then I was wondering, "is that lazy, or would one be enough?" I have to repin the inside and the outside cylinders, at the door, so just one chamber was looking tempting.

You can also get Thomee cylinders which are the same as the Rukko, half in half out. Failing that I got a couple from Keyprint in Edinburgh for 50p as they are old stock. The only problem is it may take a few light years to arrive as they are pretty slow with the postage. Keyprint 01315550909 and ask for Billy.

They are sold in Denmark (usually in sets of two), and are known as "DC" models. As far as I can tell, they are available in all Ruko's normal keyways, from the low security 5 pin types to the high security 11 pin sidebar types.
