tubular locks

i see that most vending machines have either a 7 pin tubular lock or another type of tubular lock which the keyway resemble a half moon or half circle. Two questions:
A- What is that type of lock called? (I was told by some that it's called a tubular cam lock)
B- is it pickable? If yes then how and what tools do i need?
Any info on these question would be very appreciated. Thank you

B: Yes, but by the sounds of this request it is for illegal purposes... I mean seriously, if you don't know the name of the lock you obviously don't own one yourself.
