All you need to do is register a system with your local BiLock supplying locksmith. They'll keep a record of what locks you have on the system and what keys (GMK, MK, etc.). You'll need a signatory to sign for the keys (yourself if it's your system) as they are a restricted key system.
BiLock cores can be used in any decent deadbolt, and come in a variety of applications (cam locks, mortise cylinders, etc.) and would normally set you back about $70-$90 for a deadbolt, depending on the deadbolt you use. Keys are about $12 depending on the locksmith.
Some things may be pick proof, but everything can be bypassed....
