My teacher in school has a locked drawer that she lost the key to. Recently she wanted the drawer opened but no one could get it. One kid freaked out and attacked the plug face with a screwdriver, stripping the opening in the process. I'll have to thank him because this actually widened the opening. I'm 99% sure Ill get suspended for having picking tools in school (that's how my school is) so, although the teacher is cool about it, I can't use them. I figured either paperclips or hair pics but what about a tension wrench? I don't know what to use. I've heard of uni-ball pen caps but is that for wrench or pick? Could some people reply with several possible alternatives, favorably not requiring mutation such as bending with a blowtorch? Thanks in advance for all efforts.

Uniball pen clips are my favorite improvised tension wrench.

I always have a couple of paper clips around, though, and I've picked some low end locks (Kwiksets and Masters, stuff like that) with a paper clip. It helps if you have some pliers -- luckily I usually do. But they're not really necessary.

 I forgot to mention that its a drawer lock. if you dont know what that is i could explain it as...an L shaped piece of metal that when locked prevents the drawer from beling pulled more than a few millimeters out. it sandwiches the molding between the face of the drawer and the lock's metal arm. forgive me, i was in a rush when i was explaining
