Lock Identification

Howdy folks...

Need some help here identifying a lock. I started in the industry about 7 months ago and am enjoying the new adventure. I came across this lock today that had no mfg name on it and most of the PN torn away. I remembered that I have read many informative posts from some of you folks who have been in the industry for a while and thought somebody might be able to help. Here are a few photos of the lock:

I know they are blurry (phone camera) but I'm hoping somebody can help. It's powered by 24VDC. Thanks in advance for your help.

electric deadbolt prolly fail safe,any supplier wil carry them
