Hey everyone,

Just started picking (curious/hobby) a few days ago. Its kind of scary to find out how simple some locks can be opened. I picked my back door in about a minute and can repeat it again and again. Lots of info here, great site. I spent days just reading on here before signing up last night.

One question though ( i looked everywhere and cant find an answer... and i even searched for this) How do I post a topic!?

Thanks

My name is Sean. I have been locksmithing in the Denver, Colorado area. 1 year of opening cars and about 5 months performing a meriad of actual locksmithing services.
I have gained a plethora of knowledge through this site.
A big THANK YOU to all of the kind people who posted the information that I needed.

Hey all...

Postby ststephen » 27 Jan 2006 16:34

I have a history of locksmithing through my past experience as a magician where I got my first books a picksets. Now I am working on a few home-businesses, and locksmithing seems like a good candidate.

Anyway, don't know if I have much to offer, but I am sure I have much to learn.

THANKS!

Hi folks,

Just joined. I became interested when my house was recently broken into  . Instead of changing my lock, I wanted to rekey them. I found though, since I didn't know anything, I was better off replacing them. I'm here to learn about locks, their mechanisms and how to open and rekey them. From what I see so far I'm at the right sight! Hopefully as I become more knowledgeable I'll be able to contribute :D .
