Question about Computer Generated Picks.

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Question about Computer Generated Picks.

Postby unbreakable » 2 Feb 2006 21:01

Hey

Ive never really used a computer generated picks before, and I was wondereing what's the difference between the computer generated picks that look like deformed snakes/wavy shapes 8) http://www.lockpicks.com/browseproducts/Computer-Generated-Pick-Set.HTML

And the picks that are flat on the bottom, but are all different heights on top. http://www.lockpicks.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=263

I was mainly wondering which type you find most effective, and also how you use each type :?:

Thanks

Well, computer generated picks are generally used as lifters, I believe, and the other rake is used as a rake. Of course i suppose computer picks could be used as rakes, but I'm pretty sure they're lifters, or used with an up & down jiggling motion.

Here is ONE link of the many posts on computer picks. This is just a sample of what you will find on lp101. The info is there. But, at times it is hard to find what you are looking for.
