The 4 you are willing to sell look like type AZ. They are a standard pin tumbler with heavier warding than the standard winkhaus. Are there any profile checks in the side of the keys? They will appear as dimples if they are there.

there are not, i've had such locks, disassembled them though.

No, these are all rated two stars by SKG, it would be three stars for anything else on the side.

I can get those rather cheap if you want some though.

What can vary (and i'm looking at keys now, can't pick them yet) is the height in pins. Where one lock in my collection can be raked, the other makes it a point to reselble a 91919 key, etcetera.
Also, there are usually two spools in winkhaus cylinders, one big one and one small one, and one other security pin that i am allmost sure is a mushroom.

This was a factory cutaway lock that did not show any detail around the locking bar which is where I cut away from this lock. You are now able to see the true and false gates during key operation.

Way to go Zeke!

I have a few knock-off disc locks I am planning on making into cuttaways - both are expendible, and cost me very little. However I'm hesitant to merely have at them with a Dremmel. I'm guessing you used a milling machine to do yours?

Actually this one was done with a dremel tool for the work on the disk sleeve. As I stated above, the padlock itself is a factory cutaway.

HOLY C*** Those are good! I've been thinking baout making some, but i am afraid ill mess up my locks. I should be fetting an order of 5 schlages in today from ebay, so maybe all give it a try.
