I know so far of 2 new tools being released at the MLA show in Telford, and both for picking the new ERA fortress BS3621-2004 lock.
SAFEVENTURES
Safeventures will have a small stock of the new ERA fortress lever lock decoder available at the show, and will be taking orders once stocks run out.
Having spoken extensivly with Benny Wells, he has now perfected this decoder and its ready to go into production for the show, he will try to have as many tools available in time for show as is possible, price is yet to be finalised, but as soon as i know it, il post it..
i believe that as long as the tool is ready, orders can now be placed for delivery or collection at the show, but ive yet to confirm this.
Benny is sending my tool to me pre show, so i hope to put up a full review of this new decoder prior to the show, but im assured its 100% effective and a quick opening as we have come to expect from safeventures tools..
CB LOCKTOOLS
Chris Belcher has released his new 5g curtain pick and wire, which is adapted to defeat the fortress lock, having already played with this tool, i can confirm that with moderate practice it is indeed effective, its an ingenious modification that like all CB tools is simplicity itself.
The new pick adapted for the fortress too is sold through duffels at £122.50 plus vat, the extra required fortress wire is another £26.50 plus vat , also through duffels.
Duffels will have stock of the new tool and wire from monday of next week , for those that cannot wait till the show.
im trying now to get some advance info of what other new tools will be available, and also some show prices from Keyprint , Aldridges , SKS , Duffels and city safe, especially from the auto market, so watch this space.
