Put the key in. Turn it 45 degrees clockwise. Hold complete assembly inside a plastic bag. Pull key and plug will come out. Springs and pins will fly everywhere. Hopefully they stay inside bag.

Guides about (re-/dis-/whatever) assembly can be found with the search function.

Good luck with it.

If you don't have a key for it, you can pick it instead.

Pick the lock, then turn off centre then push the plug out with a pen or somthing the right size for the hole, this will keep the top pins in place if you want those out then dont use a follower.

The other way is to get a blank and push that into the lock, then insert a shim from the circlip side and gently push it it whilst pulling the blank out, the aim here is to get the shim in the shearline as you pull the blank out so i guess you may be able to do it with a upside down hook pushing the pins up, feel for the shearline and youll be ok, again turn the plug off centre then carry on.

The search is your best friend but im sure illusion did somthing on repining and will be with the other guides on such things that are all stickies.

Have a search its been discussed every other thread more or less but take your time, feather the tension and maybe lift the pins up high then drop them down with tension to the shear line
