When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Tonight I started drawing a smaller pick set using dimensions from the SO set I have. One thing I did what make the handles shorter, anyway, here are some pictures, I have the actual AutoCAD files where you can print them so scale, if you'd like those, drop me an email at lanew(at)rogers(dot)com. If someone could host em, that'd be great.

Looks great! I can't wait to see the finished product. What kind of machine EDM? Plasma?

i don't know equivalance of laser jet cut machine in english therm
so i must phone to my subcontractor to know the price and technique, so if it's to fare, i forlorn the idea. EDM will be to expensive and PLASMA is for 4mm (0.15 in) minimum( i think) .
