Tools and methods for picking MasterLock 40DPF Round Padlock

What tools or methods should I use to pick this style lock?

I would hate to spend hours upon hours working on this lock with the wrong tools or methods just to find out it could of been done much easier.

I also want to know how much of a task I am dealing with before I purchase the lock.

Although it is the Brink's version they are very similar in terms of feedback. You might want to take a look there.
