Luke those two boards look like a top view of the holes cut into a cylinder like in the MIT guide showing the binding defect...

Chuck mentioned this deserves a bump, I agree.

I have to say I just use a vice as I don't see much use for a lockboard other than to put your favorite locks on display so they look nice or something. I just keep my locks on the bench with my vice or in a toolbox next to it, and put whatever lock I want to pick in the vice and go at it. Works great for every kind of lock.
