Bogotas really are wonderful tools. The trick really is in how you finish them. Raimundo has a nice PDF with specific instructions. Follow them. Sure you will do the cutting for your pick in a few minutes, and spend about twice that time doing the sanding and finishing, but the results really are worth it.

it really freaked out the lockie when he saw the biaxail picked.....

i believe it was:

lockie: "you picked the medeco? you picked the medeco?"

me: "yeah, it took like an hour to pick it pin by pin..."

lockie: "an hour? it took me two hours the first time to pick that the first time."

me: "wow, the first time i opened it it was by raking and took like 15 mins."

lockie: "WTF? how long have you been picking?"

I bet you the lockies here would crap their pants if I picked a medeco in front of them :lol: then they would probably try and hire me on the spot :P
