When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Not bad...
Try sanding your picks down, and I mean so they shine. This makes it so much easier to move the pick in the lock.
Other than that I'll just say good try, and I hope to see the next ones you make even better.

hi guys still trying to use this digi camera,and still trying to post some photos,hope they come out ok.
these were made from feeler guages,based on computer pick templates,i added a hook,diamond,rake and king and queen picks
these were all made from hacksaw blades,i find that the cheaper ones work better for me.
there's no such thing as gravity.The earth SUCKS!!

My second set that i made. I am only a part of the way done, but i like where it is going so i thought i would post. I used color hacksaw blades so i could color code them. Red is for hooks. Yellow is for diamond. Blue is for rakes and so on. I dide 8 hooks, and 8 diamonds so far. Let me know what ya think. Thankx.

Those would happen to be made from the 1.50 blade assortment sold at biglots now would it ?

hahah close. 5.98 from ACE hardware, but i saw the ones at biglots though. 12 for 2.00. Seems too cheap. Those were made in Chine. These are rare Taiwan Hacksaw Blades.

I finished the color assorment blade. but i took all the paint off. This is my second set i have ever done, and i think everyone can tell that the quality of my picks went up alot. Scampdog tell me what you think? a little better then paperclips, no?
