wow.

breaking into her cabinet wasn't my project. My finals project will be researched ON locks etc, and the physics behind it.

My first project was a tennis ball cannon, but i find this more interesting.

She knew i could pick locks, so when it was locked and she didn't have a key she called me to open it.

I can see a perfectly legitimate physics project on the "snooker effect (and the transfer of enery that it involves)" seen with pick guns and bumping.

I suppose so, but I'd think they would ask for more of a "clicking balls" or a legitimate, scientific priniciple demonstration rather than an application, or atleast thats how mine have been. Theory, not practice, but hey, if its legit, then good luck. Just looking out for the community.

I thought you could pretty mch do anything as a final paper as long as you can make it work around the subject, a paper/presentation can very easily be about lockpicking due to forces and newtons law etc and i guess also around a math paper due to combinations etc the marks awarded for such a paper is down the the originator and the person who grades it.

Its good being vigilant and thinking about the site.

The op didnt ask anytghing dodgy though and stated somthing that wouldbt have any bearing on the answers asked for.

Its all good though, i wish you luck in your finals and well done to the others for being vigilant for space cadets 8)
