Good set? good deal?

Hello, I am a newb here. I just ordered them Blemished set. Did I get a good deal? Is this a good set?

$24.95 from southord:

Fourteen Piece Lock Pick Set With Metal Handles
SLIGHTLY BLEMISHED - The MPXS-14 Lock Pick Set comes with nine picks and a broken key extractor, all manufactured of tempered stainless steel and all with our exclusive rivetless stainless steel handles, four tension tools and our top grain leather snapover case.
*sig against forum rules. Guess I'll have to read them again and try something different*

It's a set of picks, and has a fair few different picks to play with.

You get a discount because of some scratches - which will happen anyway.

I consider this a fairly good deal, yes.

South Ords blemish policy is a strange one and its very possable you will not find anything wrong with them when you get them,

Give them a light rubbing when you get them to remove any sharp edges from the manufatureing process and your sorted.
