dose anyone know this lock?
the levers look like chubbs

well its certainly a 114 case and hard plate and looks like 114 levers, i came across a pink one of these!

Those locks are badged by Union, but obviously a joint venture with Chubb
as the internals and case are a modified 3G114. The sashlock version is a
modified 3K74.

This predates the 2134 Union BS lock. Back when both companies were owned by Racal.
Union sold the Chubb 114 under their own brand a bit like Chubb and Yale now rebadge the Union! There is an older version with really thick hardplate too.
