im happy with a small selection of tools only, in particular the 7 pin dimple tool, after making my own mod to the wire to strengthen it, it works fine.
the 4060 kit pays for itself as soon as 2 openings are made using it, really not hard.
some of the materials are poorer quality than if you bought from safeventures, but the 4060 kit is only £90 , just the 7 pin dimple lock pick machined by safeventures would cost 4 times this alone, the cross pick would cost £70 if bought from sks, the dyno plug spinner £45, the dimple lock rakes sold at locksmith-tools.co.uk for £50 but all is in this kit 4060 plus alot more all in for £90 , superb value for the money. plus to make mods yourself costs very little.
You get what you pay for with picks, if you want safe ventures and rb quality, you pay their prices, you want to pay bargain basement prices then you get bargain basement quality of material, doesnt mean the tool design is unsound.
i got good value for money on the 4060 kit and have not broke a tool yet , you pay a fortune you expect alot, you wouldnt pay for a push bike and expect a porsche.
