Yes, and quite miraculously you answered your own question as to what is used - padlocks are shimmed using shims. Shrub posted a video of the 265 being shimmed, if it tickles your fancy do a quick search.

Hi, Illusion, Thanks! i have seen it, i made some SHIMS out of Coke-Cans, But i m Unable To SHIM the Tri-Circle, Iron, :( I must Tell You, I Havnt Tried SHIMing B4 :( and At my Location there is No Combination Master Locks To Try SHIMing :( so i can only Try it On That Iron Tri-Circle.

Any Suggestions Mate! About How To Do Proper Shim, I Have That PDF File also :) so dont say me to read it lol :)

Show us a pic of the shackle in the open position :wink:

Also watch my vid closely, you will notice the shims are put in on a particular side, they didnt seem to want to turn in one direction.

Right that lock can be shimmed and you need to shim both sides of the shackle, watch my vid a few times and youll soon do it.

Hey, I Need More Help From You Sir, I Have Been Trying To Pick Iron Tri-Circle which is Bigger Than this One, And has Security Pins, Randomly in Number & Configuration.. Means I Dont Know How Much Sec Pins In it And WHere,, as i m good at Picking locks without security pins,.. I Need To KNoW How Pick That Security pins, Iron Tr-Circle Lock :)

No it cant be turned into the security pin picking thread how would you like it if your threads started to be changed :evil: , there are lots of threads that came up in your search on them as there are lots of posts them, you need to read them the info is there.

Thanks Mate. I Searched And Found Something That I m Going To Test Soon.

I m going To Purchase That Brass Tri-Circle which Illusion showed in his thread of disassembling, I will make that Lock Into My Security pins Practice Lock :P and Then if i Get Some Problems Or Need Help, I Will Make A new Thread so U can Help me :P I thought That The Author of this thread seems to be Inactive, thats y i thought of having Info about sec pins in this thread , Oh Yes Mate 2 things i wanna tell you that i m still stuck with SHIMS and i have broke my 4 Hook Picks :P these were my home made, and i only use hook pick and tension wrench :P Any suggestions on how to Make Strong Picks :P

Instead Of Making A New Thread Why Dont You Just Post On One Of The Ones You Have Found?

Dont Over Heat Your Picks When Making Them And Dont Force Them To Make Them Last Longer.
