Well probobly wouldnt work..but i am not a professional, also this is considered bypassing and is only to be discussed in the advanced forums, sorry to kill the post bud, best i can say is trial and error... but also you shouldnt mess with things you rely on. Do these so called door locks, are they like the ones you would put on your room? like they have a small hole on one side and a knob like thing on the other side to turn and lcok the door? if so just use the supplied little i dont know what you'd call it to like a little flat headed turning object... lol horrible terminology, turn the llock in the little hole on the outside.. if this is not what your talking about more like a front door with a deadbolt ect. then its bypassing. If you post a little more info on what your trying to do as its a little vauge, better with pictures, you can get a complete answere and not guess's.

There's some bypasses so commonly known, i.e. padlock shims and loiding aka 'the credit card trick', that we don't 'classify' them

It'll work if it's a LATCH and not a DEADBOLT. I know there's been a whole guide on padlock shims and how to make them, there might be one on loiding and if not then there's been a bunch of threads on it, just search.

And that's about as far as this discussion goes in the open forums. Please read the rules. Bypassing is a topic discussed in the advanced forums only.
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!
