I replaced one of these today because it was 'non serviceable', the tenant had no keys for it, and you need a key to turn the tailpiece to release the active retainer to remove the outer knob and rekey it.
The newer entrance sets can be taken apart through the back if there are no keys available.
Anyone found a way to disassemble this lock and remove the cylinder without damaging anything? (from what I understand they're expensive).
