Tension wrench dimensions?

right so... what size should my tension wrenches be?.... i'm making them out of old Hack saw blades but i dont know what sort of width and length i should make them???

Here's my favorite tension wrench. It has a twist flex at the top, and a regular style bottom, but the bottom is only 1/8" long, this is used for tensioning from the top of the keyway. Where you see if go from skinny to big rectang, that's the twist, I was just too lazy to add necessary curves, you get the idea.

mine vary in sizes since I use different kinds depending on the lock/situation. Just make a lot in different sizes, so you will always be ready.
