Jason, if you want to make picks that work and are good you need.
Dremel (brandname) and all the little goodie attachments, also the extension flex arm.. this is absolutely neccesary when making a close to precise pick.
Needle files.. if you want nice smooth deburred rounded edges and not have a big cloud of pin dust coming out wheny our done picking
Silicon Spray lube and varieing grades of emory paper 1200grit for final finishing
good polishing compound
Buy a couple hacksaw blades.. i hate them personally to much fuss and there flexibility is no where near dip sticks and wiper inserts, They make great handels though!
Vices are ok.. i have no prob holding them
