can any one help me I have no problem picking single sided wafer locks but always struggle with duoble wafer locks (Found on garage doors) I currently use a half ball pick for the single wafers but im not sure of the best way to pick or what pick to use for a double wafer.

Same pick same method but manipulate the top and bottom of the lock.
I hope they are your garage doors that arent in use anymore or paying customers garage doors (in which case you should really know how to do them anyway)

To add to what Shrub said:
A tension wrench that engages the top and bottom of the keyway ( a two pronged tension wrench ) and leaves the center of the keyway open is also helpful.
When picking these, it is easiest to rake the wafers, alternating between the top and bottom. I find that a full ball pick or a double ball snowman pick to be the best for these locks.

I second the ball and double ball pick as long as there is room.
