Here ya go, this is the CISA 220/60, pretty nice padlock with it's brass finish, made in Italy.

Looks kinda easy to pick. Spools in there? And what happened to the keyway? Did you dented it like this or was it like this when you got it?
Due to financial limitations the light at the end of tunnel has been turned off until further notice.

I never tried to pick it yet, but I am sure i'll get it. If someone can get me some specs, i'd appreciate it.

For a padlock this is a tough pick. Does not rake or scrub no matter what you do. The spool pins false set and then backing off on tension from there is a real talent as you will drop any set pins if you back off too much.

Get yourself or make a feather lite tension wrench and it becomes easier. Once you get the fell for the proper tension it is fairly standard.

This lock is used by the Canadian Coast Guard when they have need of padlocks. Wonder if it lends well to saltwater exposure?

It's brass, and there's nothing special about the shackle (isn't rust proof). The Canadian Coast Guard should be using something with a weather guard at least.
