just saw one being serviced at my work... to access it uses a P.D.A. like device with a key attached on the key is an electronic communication node by a wire. The tech said it only will open the phones assigned to it for the day unless they send him more. it looked pretty cool and its a good idea. never have to worry about a tech running away with the keys on a quater stealing spree

If someone really wanted quarters that bad, they might as well go for those coin operated showers. Yes, I admit that I have opened one but I didn't take anything. :D I swear......
