Fairly new to this trade, thinking of sub-contracting to 1st Metro, anyone got any infor about this.

have you spoken to 1st Metro about it??
Also have you looked into the documentation with them to find out what percentages are cut and in who`s favour??
How much work CAN they supply you in your area?

You will need liability insurance generally 1 - 2 million, I have 6 million due to
government buildings.

Have look at there paper work and seams like its 50 / 50 before VAT.
But I must supply the locks.

Just take into account once you build up an area for someone else they may sell it off as a franchise.
