Check on Zeke79`s site. He has templates, but they are not the actual size of the picks.

You can resize them in photoshop or and image editer you like, to the size you want.

go here click on the pick and print it put your ruler up to theres if it off resize it in you your printer options to print 80% of size or 110% of size intill you get your ruler and the one on the picture matched up.
i cut the picture out and put it on the metal i'm using and paint it or trace it with a marker. once you start messing around you will get it.

Good templates will have a measure of scale somewhere on them. Print the template full sized, and measure the scale with a ruler. From this, you can determine how much you need to reduce/enlarge the picture while printing to get it to actual size.

The ratio to print will be the size of the scale in the picture divided by the actual size of the scale when printed at 100%. For example, if you measure that 10cm on a ruler in the picture measures 17.3cm on paper, the image will need to be scaled 10/17.3, or reduced to about 58%.
