Is there a way opening a euro profile when the key is on the other side of the door that is turned slightly?

Depends what kind of lock it is. Some manufacturers have "emergency" keys that work when the key is on the other side and turned.

There are a few ways but not really discussable in any great detail in the public forums,

LBT or Thumbturns is the only things i can say on here, have a look at Nigel Rose's site for the sale of both,
