Well tension wrenches are so very easy to make, get a strip out of wiper blade and bend the end of it over,

The size of the long part depends on what you want to use it for or if you are wanting to twist it and the size and length of the short arm depends on what lock you are picking, the width on the keyway and the length on whether you are tensioning on the bottom or the top of the keyway,

As a rough guide line the material is around 1/8" wide, the short arm maybe around 1/2" long and the long arm around 3-4" long,

The bend being a 90' one.

As for double pronged? mouse has a lot of nice posts with nice pics of nice homemade tools in them, nice.

i made my first tension wrench like this:
find a hacksaw blade and break it into 3 pieces, then take one piece and make sure that the edges arent bent(if they are just cut them off), next cut 1/3 of this piece length-wise (sp?)(you will be using this piece), grind it to about an 1/8 of an inch or smaller width, then take a propane torch and heat the metal about 3/4 of an inch away from the tip and make a 90* bend, next heat another 3/4 of an inch down from the 90* bend and make a 90* twist which will make it comfortable for your fingers when picking a lock. this is how you make a tension wrench. i can take some pics of mine if u want...

p.s. yes i know that was one huge sentence
