Penn Jillette- I've been saying aloud I was an Atheist since I was about 16. My parents still made me go to sunday church group until I was asked to leave for creating more Atheists.
go to the states website which is http://www.in.gov/, there is a search box in the upper right hand corner.
search for things such as burglary tools, lock picks, possession(sp?)
IMO, i dont think it is legal, but i dont know for a fact
