Very tiny Ilco mortise cylinder

Everytime I go urban exploring, and I usually find some odd lock. Well, this UE was a strip club. (sorry, there were no girls, and yes, there was a burlesque pole) Well, on the back door, there was a tiny, tiny mortise cylinder. This cylinder was less than 3/4" in diameter on the exterior. Has anyone ever seen something like this?

Is it a peanut cylinder or is it even smaller than that?

it looks like a peanut cylinder, these were made for aluminum frame doors before adams rite got the job done right. some of them, but not the one in the photo, do not have a flange to keep shims out of the face of the plug.
