Reminds me of the Dyno Navigator pick set
.

Good eye devil dog  The rake from the navagator set caught my eye, i took a look at the tempetes form zekes site and that rake seemed challenging to get the velleys and peeks alligned and rounded.

I kinda screwed it up, i will try another.

The other rake is just a two in one job, one side is pointed for jiggling and the other is rounded for wafers.

Thats really all fromt he navagator set.

I still want to buy that set, off all sets that seems to be most versitile, especially for the price, i don;t know how the steel is but heck for 40 $ not bad, i still want them blue handled dinos from germany, but i am not messing with customes.

Headache waiting to happen

The dyno's are a very good set, I hear. Supposed to have a nice assortment of hooks (very important) and also come with picks specifically designed for Mul-T-Locks and other dimple locks, which is really cool that they thew something like that in with a standard pick set, and all that for 40 bucks is quite nice. You know lockpicks.com carries the set, right?

LockNewbie21 wrote:I will tell you exactly what attachments, but how you use them is up to you  come on i can;t ruin all the fun for you okay here goes. i will give some hints.

First and formost the most critical dremel part for inticate picks and fine detail... flex attachment :P

And a fine wheel bench grinder and a glass of water. Big coffee can works for me.

Vise is optional, i bought a drill press vice for 5$ and its actaully just a good size (my preference)

Carbite bit- Rounding edges, and sawtooth rakes, only round edges with the bit if you have the flex attachment.

Emerory wheel (dremel brand) there a bit thicker and last longer

Generic black emery wheel- these are far more thinner and will be needed for example a space balls with a snowman pick.. nobody quote that between the balls part.

Grinder wheels, these will grind, but with more presicion and take less material off use for straightening tangs.

Rubber buffer, polish, Cloth buffer

600-1200 grit emory paper- all the grit going up are needed.

Use emory paper in conjuction with silicon lube.

Light's for two angles, i just use the one on my grinder from the top, and a light off to the side.

SAFTEY GLASSES!!!, i wear mechnix gloves, but if your not good at the quenching deal, the bare hand it to feel when it gets to hot.

Thats it, not draw up a design on paper, and no it shoulnd't be a template and go for it.

best of luck

Very nice guys. You can include me in on that contest, I think it would be a good ideal thing to have here.

Keep up the good work.
