Can you guys recommend a good angle grinder to buy? I rather have it cordless and not so bulky.

thanks

I'm surprised by the answers here. Tubular locks by Ace, Gem etc. have been around for many years. There are ten pin picks and twelve pin picks available for them. Granted, mostly locksmiths will be able to purchase them only, but they are readily available.

I made my own many years ago....it is adjustable to 8. 10 or 12 pin as necessary...

I havent used it much throughout the years, am way out of practise with it.

Why dont you use a 3/4 hole saw and drill the lock out of the body...if you are in a hurry or....

Peel back the protective cover and drill directly for the tail of the lock....it is mostly unprotected there (by hardened material)...you can drill the brass threaded spndle right off and the lock will open directly...

No big deal....I'm surprised there are locksmiths that wont have a go in NY....but i suggest it has more to do with how much the customer is prepared to pay.

where abouts is your bike locked up? cuz you could always like... plasma troch it or something. although, if its in a public place, then well, destructively opening this lock is going to be more fun to explain to the cops than to open.

Get a pair of 30" or 36" bolt cutters for $40.00 to $55.00 at your local hardware store. They will make small work of removing the cuffs.
