Okay here is a typical ebay lock listing but! I fear this is actually a copy and paste job from this site. Or someone within.

Take a close look at the picture of th epicks, theres a white piece of paper... look at how they were faded... but look what they are, seem shady?

Normally i don't care about ebay listings but this looks like somthing here.

actually I think the MIT guide is copywrited to keep it from being posted on stupid anarchist sites so that might be an infringement on that copywright. Then again I might be wrong.

That picture is from a member of this site, however Ebay doesn't seem to do much to prevent it's use.

Thats bad.....Ill report them for copyright violation, just cause they used Ray's Bagota's

I wonder how much of this stuff people actually buy. Im sure you could find most of it free on the web.

I totally agree, normally like i said i wouldnt bother with ebay you can;t stop it.

But thats just a slap in the face to ray, concidering the work he puts in into them, no arse kissing either.. trust me i tried to make mine close to his to no evail  .

I will like wise send a message becuase this is a blaitent<-- please excuse spelling, copyright infrigement.

Either way they paid to advertise rays picks, so its not all bad :P

But still un ethical.. and they say hobby picking is

But to be clear I know we can't stop it, but i put alot of work into my picks as well as ray and its just respect.

Sometimes i contemplate buying one to see if they nabbed any info off of here.

Only the copyright holder can complain for infringement,

The lockpicking for the new milenium dvd is copyrighted isnt it? i think there was someone on here who did the website for them so maybe if they are reading this have a word for them to complain as someone has ripped their dvd and is selling it,

It just goes to show that water marking all your images is a good thing to do even if the item is simply sat on a bit of paper with your user name on it,

looking at the picks in the photo, I remember them, can't remember who got them, but one of those ergo handles is unique, I think that the photo is taken from here on lp101, and isn't posted stuff under the copyright of the lp101 site?

Exactly, thats really the only reason i bothered to bring it up, sorry i don;t mean to stir trouble, but its a obvious copyright violation.

well, guys, did anyone read the auction? it isnt for picks. only books. at least im pretty sure. but i think the picture of the pciks probably was taken from here, but only to show picks, because i think they're only selling books or was it movies? lemme go look again.

yeah, the picture shows picks and locks, but the text says nothing about picks or locks, only books and ebooks, its a scam for some moron to bid on and pay for a bunch of ebooks, where shipping is nothing and the end user thinks hes getting picks, but no, only ebooks.

SCAM

but that doesnt change anything as far as using LP101 pics for their auction.
