Nightlatch refinishing.

Here's an old nightlatch I had kickin around, so I decided to refinish it, and show the insides.

The back, plate still on,

Fully gutted.

Tis is before refinishing. Ill post some pics later of what it looks like after I finish refinishing it.

How'd you make it clean like that ?

I sanded it down with sandpaper, and a wirebrush, and a paintscraper. Then I washed it, and let it dry.

Then it was on to 3 coats of mat black paint.
