Hi there,

I have a southord MPXS-20 set - I've found it good but would prefer some slimline picks instead of the standard one - lockwood seem to have heavily warded keyways.
Oh look! it's 2016!

a warded keyway is a keyway made thin and cut with sharp angles to make it dificult to manipulate or use a pickgun. almost all keyways are warded some more than others if it was not warded the keyway would be a paralell line rather than a s type shape ... dan hard to explain in words maby sme one else with better command of englsh can explain it better.

ohhhh i see, also with lockwood locks, how come if u put the pick all the way to back of keyhole, push all pins up and then push the pick down at the back it opens ? is this just a way with lockwood as i cant do it with any others ? and whats the point with the 110/25 i can pick it quiker than using a key...

I'd say you have a cheap lock.

I've got a 120/40 and still havn't picked it yet.. not that I'm anything more than a newbie myself... lockwood have gradings on their packets. 1 through to 9. with 9 being the highest security that lockwood make (I think).
