I was just trying to find an e-mail address to complain to and had no luck. Could you pass that along to me and I will also report it.

This is where i complain about lockpicks etc on there, as for copyrights you will have to find the appropriate section as this is for picking goods,

On every auction, not terribly well placed at the bottom, is a link that says "Report this item." Click that and it will forward you to the appropriate form.

There is no copyright automatically granted to an idea -- unless the original tool was patented, this eBay scumbag can sell it until the cows come home.Where there might be copyright is in things like the name of the tool, the video, or even the appearance if the tool has some sort of artistic design features. (Apple has a copyright on the design of the iMac, for example.)

I am not a lawyer, of course. But it would seem to me like you'd be better off pursuing the lockpicking and stolen video angles.

Also, as far as I can tell, eBay will only listen to copyright complaints if the come from the copyright holder.

Well as i say i dont know what the policy of youtube is as i dont use such sites for this very reason but if they state that on submission the video becomes their copyright then your screwed but there is the other side where any post put on here becomes LP101 copyright so i guess its mr picks that needs to complain,

If I suspected my stuff was being sold by these bottom feeders, you know what I'd do? Buy a copy...

...and once I had proof in hand, find some hungry young lawyer willing to work for a share of the settlement, and sue the guy.
Damage to reputation, copyright infringement, and eBay feedback from past buyers of the document to prove it.
