Hmm, 6.00, plus we'll say 3.00 shipping (high, but whatever)=$9.00
So $9.00 should be the total cost of the hardware, provided that the Bolt, screws, etc came with.
If you have to install it in a predrilled hole, it would probabley take 20 minutes MAX (leaving time for fitting a new strike, whatever)
So, I'd charge 20 bucks, that seems like a nice even number which people like.
20-9=11.00 for 20 mins, not bad.
If you had to drill a hole, it would take you longer, say 45 minutes MAX depending on the door.
So I would say 30 bucks would be fair.
These are just my ideas, i have never done this as a job, but I have replaced deadbolts at rental properties and my grandmothers.
