Try some slim picks. You can try SouthOrd's Slim-Line, or Peterson's Stainless Slender (http://peterson-international.com/picksets-detailed.htm#Stain) or Deep Cut Access (http://peterson-international.com/picksets-detailed.htm#DCAP).

I personally have the Peterson Stainless Slender and the Slender Reach (http://peterson-international.com/i-CORE.htm), and whenever I have a tight keyway, these get the job done.

I'd go with a home made pick like safety pin or a hair pin. you can take your full size pick and sand it down small and smooth. i have one like that. i put the pick in on the angle there. once i get to the back i start to push up and slide it back down again. then to the next one. there hard locks, two shear lines, no room to pick they really su@#k.

try this, this is a pick i used, after giving it a severe grinding down, to fit in a similar keyway, managed to open the lock, but i now find it's a really good key extractor.

How about a slim half diamond riding under the ward under the pins? It can be done as I have used the technique many times. Just a suggestion. Note, a std. southord diamond will not get you there. It will have to be thinned down on the shaft and the head.

Good luck!
