Sweet, I would agree with taking anew pick if I could get one "no doubt". Good idea about having an inscription on it.
Please let us know what they decide. If they do make you some and decide not to put it on the market, holla at me, i'll get one from you.

Good stuff, man, I hope it goes well. I'm already in for a shirt...but you can't pick locks with a shirt. LP101 picks would kick ... butt.
There's a profanity filter, right?
Anyway, nice lookin' pick, hope they produce it.

Before asking SO to press "LP101" or "Lockpicking101" on any of their picks, be certain to consult Mr. Picks first. He has rights to the name as a trademark, and he is exercising its use through t-shirt sales. This is a serious legal matter.

For advice: You need to be really careful when approaching commercial suppliers with an idea. They can take it off you like candy from a baby and their legal department will make mince meat out of you. I am not a Business Manager, but I would recommend you take some legal advice, draft up a non-disclosure agreement and make sure everything is limited in time and scope. It might be worth taking out a design registration prior to seeking to commercialise, if you are serious. There's lots of online advice, eg with patent and trade marks office. Check it out.
The other point is, are you commercialising somethin that has already been done by someone else? If you are, watch out

Actually the LP101 picks where the ones i was goign to have made for me, and might sell a few in here.
I am not trrying to profit.. so i do care about there legal department.
Its not a serious legal matter, it was an idea, if i was profitieering it i would have never told anyone and jsut did it.
I thought it owuld be cool. But i will forget it.
Dude... for the last time, its a hook pick.. i did my own tihing with it with a dremel, you can only do so much to a hook.
And one last time... this is not for my gain! I sent them the picture of the picture I<-- made and I said they could use the picture I took of the Pick I made and do what they want.
Theres no legal matter.. and if they do. I will slap the tste out there moulth for being coniving @ss holes.
I want to see some i made go into production.. yea i will have to buy it if i would like to own one.
Lock this thread this is rediculous.. serious legal action.. for what? someone sending in an idea? I work everyday.. Thats how i make money.
Lets Mr. Picks do as he pleases, he's probobly already read this and didn;t ban me so he probobly doesn't care.
One more time jsut for S*its and giggles
I WANT NO PROFIT, THIS IS MY HOBBY I LIK EMAKING PICKS... I AM NOT A MILLIARE WITH A SHOP TO MAKE THEM, SO I PASSED IT ON TO SOMEONE WHO CAN.
