Any ideas here,
missing keys, lock in UNlocked position.
Need to remove the cylinder but it seems the centre peg is sticking out, preventing the lock sliding out.

I did call a few lockers, and they all said now to drill the lock using a 10mm drill into the the centre of the key slot. I will have no choice but to do that in next few days, but wondered if there was a quicker way as door is open. Bugger

A decent locksmith wouldnt tell you down the phone to drill a lock out even a cowboy would come out and do it for you,
Call a lockie out to do the job, a drill is definatley not needed in any way if a locksmith was to come and do it,

Tell us your location and one of us may be near enough to come out for the call out fee and sort it out,

Can't believe someone has actually said that on the phone!
Like Shrub has said they would come out first and then do it at a rip off price!

Oh boy. I have a 17mm carbide bit I've been itching to try out...
...yep.... just drill out the plug... then some thermite, and presto!
