I have seen the normal keyways but the core that I have recently purchased does not appear to take any of these keys. From all the reading I have done here I have concluded that it must be one of the W family keys. Does anyone have a chart with the keyways for the W keys? Or if that is not possible can anyone identify the lock in this previous post.

I have seen that before and the cylinder I have appears to be the REVERSE of a J. So I am hoping maybe its a restricted W keyway and that is why I was looking for additional keyway pictures.

Any locksmiths or security professionals with access to ClearStar also have access to a list of all available IC profiles. This list will not be reposted because of copyright issues.

If it is a restricted keyway, then yes.

Krypos: Yes to the best of my knowledge it is a Best lock (that was what it said on the lock). I am figuring its a restricted keyway as I have not been able to find anything that looks like this keyway since it seems to be reversed.. as in the large protrusion is going in the opposite way of the normal keyways.
Well I guess you cant win them all, at least I have a paper weight

Just to make sure, when you look in a key book the picture of the keyway is the keyway of the lock and not the key,

Seems easy enough to gain access, even offers a free trial,

Of course you do need to submit some proof you are a locksmith or security specialist.
I'm gonna try the free trial, thx for the tip.

I wasn't saying that it wasn't easy, I was just saying that ClearStar is strictly for trading locksmiths, and that they go to reasonable lengths to ensure that. If you're a trading locksmith, then its a great resource.
