Dunno...

I actualy just read through your previous posts and saw note of a lock you had recenty taken apart. The description you gave matched that of the photo you posted perfectly, and it didn't take a genius to put 2+2 together.
I had already taken note of the cut in the plug, and thought it must be to resist snapping seeing how far away it was from the front of the lock. It was an educated guess I guess, could've easily been wrong.:)

Urmhh... from what you've given us to go on, I could only guess at the model. :?

The two models that I know that have the break secure system in place is the garrison and integrator don't if cliq has it or classic systems. But there is a direct difference in the snap off length between garrison and integrator.

That third pin is a doozy! It looks like a squashed DOM iX security pin. Why does it have to be flatter than the others?

The third pin only activates in one way in the plug chamber. This pin is actually oval and not circular like all the others. The oval shape does not fit to the lock body and doesn't go past the shearline it stays in the plug. The top of the pin is circular and it is this part of the pin that drives into the lock body.

Capishe?

The angled pin top also acts as a guide rail for the key i had found out.

Ok, I'll play, I think this is a good idea. I'll bet members have got some really cool exotic and obscure locks we could have fun with.

It's obviously a pin tumbler sidebar lock, I've included pics of the sidebar and finger pins which should be what gives it away.

Yeah I figured someone would get it pretty quickly. I've got some somewhat obscure locks, but I really don't feel like disassembling them and the Primus was already in pieces, so...

And it's a Primus C keyway, not E :P

Mul-t-lock Interactive Break Secure Thumbturn Cylinder, obviously a long one due to size of spacer between plug and cam!
