TRI-CIRCLE padlocks are so easy you could sit on your hands and pick them
use a tension wrench and a snake rake! good luck

I just started a few days ago and have also been trying to pick the Master #3.

I find it very difficult due to the small keyway opening. If I set the tension wrench fully in the keyway I can't get the pick around it, if I position it in line with the pins, I find it hard to keep consistent tesion. Unfortunately I do not have the key for this lock so I don't know if it has high MACS. I've considered going out and getting a new lock that will be easier to pick.
