Your keys looks ok, I think you just need to practice more, timing, if you are putting tension on to fast, you could try wait about 1 sec, after work your way down to a fraction of a split sec.

Or if it is a cheaper lock, try put light tension, then give small bumps, atleast 1 bump for each pin, it works on a 4 pin I have
