Ergonomic Pick handles...

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

The other thing you can do is to cut some round bits of hard foam and glue them on the handle, then spray the handle with spray glue and stretch leather look pvc over it, this will give a good feel,

I like that idea a lot. In particular because you could start making some pretty stylish picks.

I really like the idea of fashionable picks...

Well if you get good at it you can start putting letters o the side like 101 or such like,

Used to do it on car stereo installs back in the day

Ahh, you're explanation makes much more sense to me now man. Thanks. I think I might look around for some half balls. I was considering either a balled design, or, some type of sidebar running along the length of the handle on both sides that protrudes from rubber, or whatever ergo substance I use.

If we get good enough with ergonomic, and fashionable picks...you think maybe we could get an endorsement from Gucci? I mean, come on now, anything that looks like leather would be freakin sweet! (sorry, just had to put a pop culture comment in there somewhere...).

Will let you know if it comes to anything...first gotta scrounge in the garage and head up to the store...so might take a bit of time...
