What you have there is a security pin -a spool pin to be exact.

Basically, you have to use light tension, and make sure to lift the pin past the section that hangs up, so that the cylinder can turn.

So make sure it doesn't get caught on that little "lip".

Does this make sense? If not, please let me know

Yes, this is an ordinary spool pin false set. With light tension, softly and sensitively push that pin down. It will make the core turn back a little (which is needed to overcome that hanging area of the pin) and ultimately the pin is set right.
As this pin seems to be the last pin to be set, your lock should open after setting it. Sometimes though you need to re-set other pins that unset during this maneuver.
This forum is full of questions and hints on spool pins. Try searching!

I can set the pin with light tension but it will unset all other Pins.

I managed to set 2,1,3,4,5 so it unlocked :D

Is there a possibilty to set the secound pin as last one without unset all other pins?

This is my lock:

You need to let the core turn back only as much as is needed to set that spool pin while pushing it. It should be a precise yet relaxed movement (hmm ok picking should always be). If you do this and the other pins still unset then this is just the way this lock is and there is nothing you can do about.

I find the above advice precisely on target...I had the same prob with a Masterlock 532.

It takes a while to get the feel, but what you have to do is position the feeler pick right under the pin, release the slightest (and I do mean slightest) amount of pressure and press up slightly as well. It'll take a while to get the knack for it, but it's worth the practice.
