on the whole they cannot be, it is a process that relies heavily on the right key pattern, its all in the key pattern.
Its also a bs bypass technique , nothing to do with the sport of picking

Yeah, you might try asking a mod, but other than that, its an advanced section topic.

consider training, spend a day with either mark francis or chris belcher, they will happily teach you this technique, once they know you are a trading locksmith.

The overlifting of non BS locks has been spoken about in Illusions guide and ive described how to make a differant style of overlifter useing a key on another thread somewhere,
The overlifting of BS locks hwever is an advanced section discussion right now im sorry,
The info is on the site and you only need to adapt it for those BS locks that can be overlifted but as Pinky states its not for the open forums and you would do very well to have a day or two somewhere learning the various options of opening mortice locks,

If you have a look on site you will see a thread on uk training,

mark francis is well priced as is chris belcher, about the cheapest i know, and both in the south west of the country, plymouth way.
cheaper may not benefit you, if its overlifting you seek, then mark makes a tool for this and if buying his tool im sure he will offer you affordable training.

Not the specialist training you seek, if after bs lock training only, then look at chris and mark as mentioned, then;
bennie wells at safeventures , Hereford.
he is very knowledgeable and an excellent trainer all round.
